'Land as Legacy' is the consulting branch of Annette Lorraine, PLC which has assisted nonprofits in several states with drafting of conservation easements and organizational policies.

Annette Lorraine has more than 28 years of active experience in law and the field of land conservation as well as real estate transactions, estate planning, and other general law practice areas.

She has taught a number of seminars & workshops for the Land Trust Alliance and contributed to Continuing Legal Education courses.

She also has a history of public service as a two-term selectboard member of her town government and other volunteer positions in her community.
